LODGING POLICIES

RESERVATION Cancellation:

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds, per transaction.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation within the 14 days prior to arrival, we are sorry, but we cannot refund any portion of your deposit. However, if we are able to obtain another guest for the room we will issue you a gift certificate to be used at a future date of your choosing (within 2 years of original reservation date). Early departures and no-shows are responsible for the cost of their entire reservation.

We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy due to illness, including COVID-19. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, however in order to maintain our operations and provide the best possible service to all of our guests, we must enforce our policy consistently an fairly.

We recommend making use of the Worry-Free Bookings™ Travel Protection option available to you during booking. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including illness.

Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation number. Any reservations made through third parties must be cancelled through those specific websites.

Worry-Free Bookings™

When booking directly with us, you will be offered the option to add Worry-Free Bookings™ Travel Protection. Should an unforeseen illness or health condition occur 14 days before the arrival date or through your stay dates, you may qualify for 100% reimbursement. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully to decide if this is right for you. This is not a travel insurance policy.

Children & Pets

The Farmhouse at Veritas is unable to accommodate children as overnight guests. Pets are not permitted.
