The barn cottage
2 Bedrooms each en suite - King & Queen
The Barn Cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attractive living room with a fireplace and also a full kitchen*. The porch is the ideal place to sit with a glass of wine while enjoying the rural view and the vineyard. The first bedroom has a King size bed which overlooks the sheep field and the Viognier vineyard. The second bedroom is smaller with a Queen size bed. The Barn Cottage is a perfect spot for couples or family traveling. It's cozy country charm makes it the perfect retreat.
*Use of the full kitchen is intended for the paying guests (utensils will be provided upon request). The Barn Cottage may not be used for catering outside guests.
Cancellation for Lodging:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation you may do so 14 days prior to the arrival date.
A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation within the 14 days prior to arrival, we are sorry, but we cannot refund any portion of your deposit. However, if we do obtain another guest for the room we will issue a gift certificate to be used at a future date of your choosing. Early departures and no-shows are responsible for the cost of their entire reservation.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation number.
